What we collect

Our newsletter signup form is provided by Beehiiv. If you subscribe, Beehiiv collects your email address and signup details and uses them to deliver the GearComps newsletter, under Beehiiv's privacy policy. Earlier signups made directly on our site were stored in our own database. We don't sell your email address or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How we use it

We use it only to send the GearComps newsletter. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted, ask us using the contact details on this site.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel, and newsletter subscriptions are managed by Beehiiv. Our price data is stored in a Neon Postgres database. They process data on our behalf.

Cookies and links

We don't set advertising cookies today. When we add affiliate links, retailers may set their own cookies after you click through to their site, under their own privacy policies.
